On 23 July 2026, at the Corporate Governance & Investment Education Leadership Summit, organised by the London School of Investors, we were delighted to welcome Sarika Dubey, Founder of Your Knowledge Buddy(YKB) (YKB), as one of our distinguished speakers.
Sarika delivered an inspiring session on “Talent Governance & Workforce Mobility: How International Professionals Shape the Future of the UK Skills Economy.” Her insights on global talent pathways, visa sponsorship strategy and workforce mobility brought clarity and confidence to entrepreneurs, employers and policymakers alike.
Her contribution was especially acknowledged by Lord Rami Ranger FRSA during his speech at the event after listening to her, who quoted her work as a powerful example of how dedication, expertise and community impact can shape the future of the UK’s talent landscape. His appreciation reflected the influence Sarika has built through her platform and her commitment to empowering international professionals.
As the founder of YourKnowledgeBuddy, Sarika has grown a remarkable community of over 700,000 across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok, and hosts the widely followed YourKnowledgeBuddy Podcast.
