Keynote Speakers : Regina Quartey on People Governance & Inclusive Leadership

On 23 July 2026, London School of Investors had the honour of welcoming Regina Quartey, a dynamic and influential leader whose career reflects exceptional achievement, strategic clarity and a deep commitment to developing the next generation of talent.
Regina serves as the Director of Corporate Strategy and Operations (EMEA) at Merkle, part of dentsu, bringing experience from leadership roles across PwC, NTT Data, WPP and the UK Cabinet Office — where she led Brexit delivery at the remarkable age of just 24. Her journey continues to inspire entrepreneurs and emerging leaders across the ecosystem.
Beyond her corporate leadership, Regina lectures on the MBA programme at Istituto Marangoni, advises the Board at Royal Holloway, University of London, and is a Trustee of The Marketing Academy Foundation. She is a qualified executive coach and is currently pursuing a PhD examining the structural barriers facing women in technology leadership — a mission that resonates deeply with founders, innovators and changemakers.
As the founder of ExeQutive and Brandbox, and the creator of Baby to the Boardroom, Regina has supported more than 200 women returning to work after maternity leave. Her lived experience in the UK care system brings authenticity, empathy and authority to her voice — making her one of the most compelling speakers on leadership, executive presence and career progression today. She also co‑hosts the acclaimed podcast To My Sisters, amplifying conversations on growth, sisterhood and empowerment.
We are truly privileged to have Regina speak on People Governance & Inclusive Leadership: Building High‑Trust, High‑Performance Organisations Through Strategic HR at the Corporate Governance & Investment Education Leadership Summit, organised by the London School of Investors at the House of Lords.
Her message inspired our entrepreneur network and reminded us that inclusive leadership is not only a value — it is a catalyst for organisational excellence and societal progress.
