On 23 July 2026, we had the privilege of hosting Lord Rami Ranger FRSA as our Guest of Honour at the Corporate Governance & Investment Education Summit organised by the London School of Investors (LSI). Lord Ranger joined us from 6:00 PM to 10:30 PM, engaging deeply with our delegates and later leading all our guests to Westminster Hall for a memorable group photograph — a gesture that reflected his warmth, humility, and genuine encouragement for our mission.
We were honoured to welcome a statesman, entrepreneur, and national figure whose life story embodies courage, resilience, and extraordinary achievement.
He shared his experience with resilience, from humble beginnings in the United Kingdom — working as a KFC chef, Post Office operator, and retail assistant — Lord Ranger rose through sheer determination to become one of Britain’s most successful entrepreneurs. His companies, Sun Mark Ltd. and SEA, AIR & LAND FORWARDING LTD, stand today as global success stories. Sun Mark achieved an unprecedented milestone: five consecutive Queen’s Awards for Enterprise in International Trade, a record unmatched in British business history.
During his address, Lord Ranger shared powerful reflections on his entrepreneurial journey and the values that must be upheld for sustainable business success. His emphasis on discipline, ethics, and resilience resonated strongly with our audience and aligned deeply with LSI’s mission.
He also expressed his appreciation for the education initiatives of the London School of Investors, particularly our work in strengthening Corporate Governance standards and preparing responsible, investment‑ready leaders for the future.
